What are Total Comments?
Twitturly doesn't count every tweet about a URL, we filter out duplicates, multiples from the same user, and tweets that appear to be spam. Total Comments is the number Tweets were sent with a link to this destination, whether it was or wasn't counted.

Total Comments differs from Total Active Tweets in that Total Active Tweets only includes the tweets that were counted.

What are Retweets?
Retweets are when someone sees a tweet that is worthy of sharing, and tweets it to all of their followers so that their followers can see the tweet.

The proper way to retweet is to include "RT" or "Retweet" with the original Twitterer's username at the begining of the retweet, for example: RT @jstrellner Twitturly is awesome.
